I had access to the Mediapool. Do my login details also work on the eCDN site?

If you used the Mediapool in 2023 or later and singed in there, your access data was transferred to the eCDN. If this is not the case, you must apply for new access with the form at the bottom of this page.

I cannot log in with my username from the media pool. I get the message ‘Incorrect email or password’.

You can now log in using your e-mail address. The username from the Mediapool no longer works.
Please use the form at the bottom of this page if you no longer know which e-mail address was stored with your Mediapool account.

I have forgotten my password or it no longer works.

Please use the ‘Forgot password?’ link below the login screen on the eCDN site and follow the instructions.
